More than simply Hats: The Mad Hattery

I am a fan of the Mad Hattery for a long while now. The hats are small wonderworks of art. Everyone tells a story. The themes are in a wide range starting from  phnatasy and fairytale up to steampunk and goth. Recently ended an exhibition about the hats where I got some interesting additional information. The mad creations of hatters got a serious background. In the old times hatters used mercury and madness was a serious illness, known a s mad hatter syndrome, caused by mercury poisoning. It causes symptoms such as trembling, loss of coordination, slurred speech, loosening of teeth, memory loss, depression, irritability and anxiety. Do you remember the mad hatter at 'Alice in Wonderland'? And you might know the saying: Mad as a hatter. It really worth to take some time for this artwork. You should join the group of the mad Hattery. Every 2 weeks you'll receive a gift which will never be sold in the shop.
