This should be an exciting art challenge. The big money is good, but more importantly it generates a lot of creative energy and a great opportunity for less known artists to be seen on the same footing as the big names we all know.

As a footnote, the monthly UWA Artists' Choice challenges continue til the end of this week with a splendid Music exhibition. The monthly shows will be on hiatus for 4 months while we do the Centenary Challenge, but I'm hoping to be back in August with these more intimate, but no less interesting, shows.
