da Vinci's famous painting to create the poses. With beer an hamburgers on the table it is really a modern version which is fun to explore. Today I invited some friends for a photo to show you all poses at once and it was really fun. Thank you all!

I love the galleries you are writing about, not least the Valo Gallery, but Quan, I wished you hadn´t highlighted Andy´s work there. Her artist info is sooo typically american and delusionist. This is what she says in her artist "bio":
"All images appearing in the Psycho Candy Gallery are created and signed by Andy Burroughs and are the exclusive property of Andy Burroughs and are protected under the United States and International Copyright laws.
The images may not be reproduced, copied, transmitted or manipulated without the written permission of Andy Burroughs.
Use of any image as the basis for another photographic concept or illustration (digital, artist rendering or alike) is a violation of the United States and International Copyright laws. All images are copyrighted © 2011 - 2013 Andy Burroughs."
That's funny Apmel. Andy is German and she knew that I wanted to write about the work.
Oh and I should add that also under American and International law fair use of photos and photos of artworks is allowed. Fair use means to use the photo for an art critic.
A great list of exhibit, Quan. And thank you for adding Louly Loon's exhibit at the Art'e Gallery.
Quan's absolutely right. No matter what restrictions Andy writes, copyright law allows fair use ("fair dealing" in the UK) and she can't revoke that right by fiat. That can include manipulation -- at least in the US, courts have been considering transformation as highly significant. On the other hand sometimes US courts make a rather odd distinction between parody and satire, protecting the former more than the latter. Wikipedia's article on fair use is pretty good: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fair_use
This is an issue that I have pretty strong feelings about. From the Disney Corporation to SL content creators, a lot of people have been striving to eliminate fair use, which is ultimately an effort to eliminate freedom of speech.
